Specification
Engine - Two-port OHV design, 85.5mm bore x 86mm stroke having a capacity of 490 c.c. Aluminium piston.
Carburettor - Amac T.T type with twist grip control to magneto and throttle and separate air levers on Amal 'clean bar' type handlebar.
Petrol Tank - 2 3/4 gallons capacity. Enamelled and lined. Inserted rectangular instrument panel.
Front Forks - Girder type of Druid manufacture.
Transmission - Chain to primary drive, enclosed in an oilbath gearcase with oil feed to primary and dynamo chains.
Gearbox - Special Calthorpe four-speed (Albion) with hand change.
Wheels - 7 inch internally expanding brakes.
Tyres - 26in. x 3.25in. heavy 4-ply cord studded.
Electrics - Fitted standard with magneto or coil ignition or separate dynamo and magneto as required.
Front and rear stands, Terry heavyweight saddle.
Finished in Calthorpe Ivory or ebony black at option, and lined to suit the colour.

Trip or non-trip Smiths speedometer with internal front wheel drive.
S.U.S lighting set and horn.
Foot change gearbox.
Chromium plated tank panels.
Competition upswept exhaust pipes.
